- Yes we do for customer who subscribe the fully managed plan with cPanel control panel. We will handle all the security issue, setting up the server and all kind of issue from the server. But we DO NOT support any 3rd PARTY SOFTWARE.

- How do i trace my connection ping rate?
- In order to know your server connection to different countries, you may trace from this website www.just-ping.com Sometimes the network may have problems to certain countries or your ISP, so from the website you can trace if your server is up or down.

- How to reboot my server?
- Every dedicated server comes with APC Remote Reboot. DSE will provide the login details to our client. You may login to the web management and reboot your server.

- What is KVM over IP?
- Turn on the firewall and unable to SSH? Server overloading unable to SSH? This is the right device for you to login to the server. Do request our helpdesk at sales@ds.my to plugin the IKVM on your server (24hr only). And we will give you the web login, so you will able to manage access to your server.

- How do i reinstall OS via KVM?
- You may use IKVM to help you install the OS, make sure do you have the Operating System ISO file on your computer. Login to Console (make sure you pc have java). Choos the Virtual media => CDROM&ISO => load your ISO file => plug-in after that login to the bios or boor priority, make sure it boot from USB.

- NAS vs R1Soft vs FTP Backup?
- What is the different between Network Storage Backup, FTP Backup and R1soft backup? DSE NAS backup only provide for our clients only, when subscribe for NAS or r1soft backup, we will setup the Internal IP address for our client. All come with Gigabit connection. DSE FTP Backup will give you the ftp login, so you may backup your server from another place to our backup server.
